A relaxed first session designed to help the rider and mentor get to know each other while spending time on the bike.
We’ll ride, talk, assess the rider’s current comfort and ability, and begin identifying areas where mentorship can help them grow.
Includes:
One-on-one mentorship
Rider introduction and basic skill assessment
Confidence-building activities
Cycling guidance
Goal discussion
Brief parent/guardian conversation afterward
Best for: Families who want to experience the program before committing to additional sessions

60 Minutes
A personalized mentorship session built around the individual young rider.
Depending on the rider, we may work on cycling skills, confidence, independence, goal setting, handling challenges, fitness, or simply having a positive experience on the bike.
Sessions may include:
Bike-handling skills
Safe riding habits
Confidence building
Goal setting
Problem-solving
Independence and responsibility
Encouragement and accountability
Fitness and coordination
Exploring trails and riding areas
Positive conversations and life lessons through cycling
Every session is different because every young rider is different.

Four 60-Minute Sessions
For young riders who would benefit from more consistent mentorship.
Meeting regularly gives us time to build trust, establish goals, work through challenges, develop cycling skills, and recognize progress.
Includes:
Four one-on-one 60-minute mentorship sessions
Individualized goals
Cycling skill development
Confidence-building activities
Encouragement and accountability
Personal-growth activities
Brief parent/guardian progress updates
$260 total — $65 per session
Best for: Young riders who would benefit from consistency, continued encouragement, and an ongoing mentorship relationship.
Youth mentorship is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or childcare.
